We’ve had the privilege of working with virtual assistants, executive assistants, and remote support professionals supporting business owners, C-suite executives, and entrepreneurs across different industries, roles, and working models.

We’ve seen how varied this profession really is. Every business works differently, from large corporate teams to small owner-led businesses, and that means the skills needed from virtual assistants and remote support professionals are far more diverse than many people realise.

Some people are building independent businesses. Others are supporting clients alongside full-time jobs. Some are embedded inside organisations. While some brave souls are growing agencies. Many of you are still trying to find the right clients, services, niche, tools, or direction.
